Stage One of the project will see the set-up of all underground services, bored piers, footings, excavation and completion of the car stacker pit and all ground floor concrete works.

Upon completion of this stage, the base elevation (RL levels) will be situated and confirmed. Concrete works will have been completed. At this point the next stage will then proceed.

This is an interesting site with somewhat limited access. It requires a level of building expertise and a variation on normal construction protocols.
